Meet the Matchmaker

This month's storyline is interwoven with its mechanics. By playing this event normally, you will be able to progress in the story! You can begin this story right when the event begins at 00:00 on February 1st.

The storyline is separated into two branches - one for the matchmaking part of the event and one for the dating part. You may notice some crossover between these two as you progress, but each is controlled only by how many matches you make and how many dates you go on, respectively.

Completion of each storyline branch rewards you with 100 Lovebugs!

After you've started the Meet the Matchmaker storyline, you'll have access to daily quests which will grant Lovebugs, new applicants to your matchmaking agency, and one new dateable wolf if you don't already have them all!

You can take the quest once per rollover from the Matchmaker page. Eranthis will task you with advertising their matchmaking agency to other wolves who you come across while exploring. Each quest will require you to advertise to 5 wolves. In order to complete this quest, you can just explore normally! When you happen across a befriendable wolf, you'll notice a new option has appeared. Spreading the Word to one befriendable wolf will count as one wolf for your quest. After you've done this five times, you can navigate back to the Matchmaker page to complete the quest.

The reward for completing a daily quest is 5 Lovebugs. You will also get 5 new applicants to your matchmaking agency and one new dateable wolf. If you've already obtained all of the dateable wolves you're able to, that part of the reward will be left out.

If you don't complete the quest before rollover, it will reset, and you will have to start over with a new quest the next day, so make sure you get your quest finished in time!

It's the season of love! Your packmates and wolves from other packs have been mingling and socializing, and there's been an abundance of frolicking going on. It's been busy, and the energy in the air crackles with electricity.

Your ears pick up the sound of chatter, and you cross into a clearing that's full of activity. Wolves from all over have congregated here and they seem to be...going on dates?

Before you've gone more than a few feet, a purple-and-gray furred wolf bounds up to you, excited and out of breath.

"You there! You seem like you're the perfect candidate for love!"

Their eyes dance happily as they assess you. Love? What is this strange wolf talking about?

"Love is in the air, you see, and I mean to find every wolf their happy ending. I have no interest in the intricacies of love myself, but I do like helping others find their perfect match!"

They tilt their head and study you curiously.

"My name is Eranthis, by the way. I can't quite get a read on you...what say you? Do you want to help me and help your fellow wolves find their perfect match? Or are you lonely and want to find love yourself?"
