Fishing
From Grouse House Wiki
Fishing is a minigame available on the Games page in the Crossroads! This slow-paced minigame is a great way to earn Silver Cones, amusement items, and food.
This game requires patience and a good eye. Every few seconds, a ripple will appear in the water. Clicking on the ripple will give you the chance to reel the fish in, and possibly catch it if your timing is right! You can submit fish that you catch in exchange for SC and, sometimes, amusement items or food.

How to Play
How to Play
The overall gameplay loop of the Fishing minigame is pretty simple! You can catch a fish, submit the fish for a SC prize, and then catch another fish! If you catch a fish you don't want to submit, you can simply toss it back in.

In order to catch a fish, keep an eye on the water. Every few seconds, you'll notice ripples appear! Click and hold on the ripples to bring up a bobber! To catch the fish, simply release your click when the red circle is within the green bar. If you succeed, the fish will be caught! If you miss, and release your click when the red circle is outside of the green bar, the catch will fail.
Once you've caught a fish, you will be presented with two options: Hold or Throw. Holding the fish will store the fish off to the side temporarily. While a fish is stored, you can choose to Submit the fish for a Silver Cone prize. If you don't want to submit the fish, your stored fish can be replaced with the next fish you catch. If you're not fond of the fish you caught, Throwing the fish will release it back into the water and allow you to start over with a new catch!
You can choose to Submit held fish. Submitting a fish removes it from your storage, and then grants you with a prize! You will earn a small amount of SC based on the rarity of your fish. If the fish is in the top 50% of its weight category based on its species, you will also receive 1x Delicate Meat.

You can submit 30 fish per day, and the counter resets when you rollover. You can choose to "Hold" as many fish as you would like, but make sure that you "Submit" only the fish you would like to receive prizes from!
The amount of Silver Cones you will receive from submitting a fish depends on the fish's rarity. All rarities with their associated rewards are listed below.

Legendary Fish
Legendary Fish
If you catch and submit a fish with the Legendary rarity, you will receive a special item alongside the usual Silver Cones and Delicate Meat!
Each Legendary Fish item has 18 uses. Some of the items are food that can be fed to your wolves, while others are amusement items you can use to play with your wolves.
Leaderboards
Leaderboards
There are two different leaderboards for the Fishing minigame, Daily Leaders and Weekly Leaders!
The Daily Leaders leaderboard tracks players' daily hauls. The weight of every fish you catch is added to your Daily Haul, visible in the bottom left of the fishing screen. The players with the highest weight daily haul will be added to the leaderboard, which resets every day at rollover.
Every player on the Daily Leaders leaderboard will receive a Silver Cone prize at rollover, with the highest-placing player receiving the largest prize.
The Weekly Leaders leaderboards are based on each individual fish you can catch. Every fish has their own weekly leaderboard, tracking the players who catch the heaviest of each species of fish! Only the players at the top of each of these leaderboards will win a prize. You can also only be on a specific fish's weekly leaderboard once, even if you have caught multiple of the same fish. The leaderboard will only track the largest of the fish you have caught.
The player in 1st place on each fish leaderboard will win 50 SC when the leaderboard resets.
